My stay was really great on a road trip. Location: the hotel was next to many good restaurants, shops and restaurants downtown, and other nearby cafes. Stopped by Oso Negro Coffee to get some coffee and treats, it's within walking distance of the venue, recommend.
Not obvious to find.

Most of the staffs were outstandingly accommodating and super friendly. The location was incredible and amazing, near other nearby cafes and bakeries and Wednesday farmers market, appreciated this place...
Can’t fault the property in any way.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing suggestions on activities and restaurants in the area. The location of the inn was perfect, with shops, coffee shops, and dining options all within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a mini fridge for convenience. the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy.
The rooms could get a bit stuffy at night, and the AC was a bit loud. It would have been nice to have better pillows for a more comfortable sleep.

Had a restful time. The place was fairly clean, trendy and exceptionally nice rooms. The staff from start to finish were amazing. The food was awesome with a great selection of alternatives. Super location just off many restaurants and shopping, I felt safe. It also was to everything except the ski area which is outside the town: D

Great location in the ski area, very close to the centre of quaint Baker Street, various restaurants, bars and shops and the main shopping area. Again, walking distance to Baker Street.

I thoroughly enjoyed being there, everything was brand-new.
This property was fairly clean and perfect! The location was awesome, very close to the centre of quaint Baker Street and the south shore of the west arm of Kooteney Lake. And it was at a medium distance from Nelson Nordic Ski Club.

The budget option in the center of town was perfect for our Christmas getaway. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything. We were able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and bars. The bed was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area.
There were a few downsides to our stay. there was no on-site parking available, so we had to find street parking, which was metered during the day.
